The awards celebrate effective shopping and town centre marketing within the UK property sector. True’s digital marketing expertise helped both Manchester Arndale and The Lexicon Bracknell receive merits for their work.
The Lexicon Bracknell’s award recognised the Strategic Marketing strength of our ‘Winning Back Local Hearts and Minds’ launch campaign. A central part of the launch was a new website, designed and built by True on Kentico CMS. Around that, we defined a digital strategy to create connections with local communities, drive centre footfall and engage retailers.
Data from Wi-Fi, website and app behaviour is now helping The Lexicon deliver a personalised, useful and enjoyable shopping experience which reflects individual preferences.
The website launch increased unique visits by 399%, with what the judges called “well thought out strategy to encourage ongoing loyalty of customers”.
Meanwhile our work for Manchester Arndale, #MyMCR, won a merit for best Digital Marketing Campaign.
#MyMCR is a celebration of life, culture and fashion in the city of Manchester. It aimed to inspire and build positive brand perception, while growing Manchester Arndale’s presence on social channels.
