We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join Team True.

You will report directly to the CEO.
About the role
As part of the Agency Operations team you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Agency’s money – keeping track on what the Agency is earning and spending.

Specifically this will include:
  • Working with the CEO managing the budgeting process – preparation of the financial model to support the business plan working with leadership team.
  • Looking after the sales ledger – raising invoices, WIP management, accruals and deferrals.
  • Looking after the purchase ledger - all accounts payable - supplier and contractor payments, credit card management.
  • Produce reports – preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial P&L reports - forecasts and business performance metrics. Reporting on KPI’s and providing actionable insights to improve operational performance to Agency Management team and Account teams.
  • Managing monthly payroll, pension contributions, life assurance, expenses.
  • Debt management – real-time debtor reporting, escalating risk.
  • Quarterly VAT returns, annual R&D tax credits.
  • Work collaboratively with client service teams, providing commercial guidance, and support with client contracts, fees, pricing, and client profitability reports.
This role offers the potential for flexi-time. We envisage this role as four days per week or circa 30 hours.
