Could you be our next Senior Project Manager?

Thanks to our recent new business wins and some exciting new client projects pending, we’re looking for an outstanding Senior Project Manager to join Team True.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a go-getting Senior Project Manager to get their teeth into a new challenge.

Working closely with our client services, strategy, creative, media and technology teams and, of course, our clients, it’ll be your job to ensure that projects are delivered to time and budget, from initial specification and planning to final testing and delivery. You’ll report to our Operations Director.

At True, we set the bar high. A Senior Project Manager is a creative and strategic thinker – someone the whole team can rely on to know every aspect of a project. You’ll need to be a natural leader and a swift problem-solver, with a keen eye for commercial detail.

The Project Management team at True has 4 cornerstones:
  1. Team Spirited
  • Leading and motivating teams to deliver an outstanding service, exuding confidence, while being calm and a pleasure to work with.
  • Being the person that the project team can rely on for everything they need to know about the project.
  • Having the confidence to assert leadership and to be decisive (or to escalate when appropriate)
  • Being a great facilitator and enabler of teams and clients; for example, in leading scoping workshops to define project requirements.
  • Having a keen focus on how to do even better next time. The Senior Project Manager welcomes and encourages a continuous feedback dialogue, listens and acts on it.
  1. Resourceful
  • Forging relationships with key clients, gaining trust and respect by creating open and honest communication.
  • Anticipating problems and opportunities, helping teams navigate through challenging points in the partnership.
  • Presenting persuasive arguments effectively both to clients and internally.
  • Educating other True members about all aspects of production, process, and operations.
  • Putting the team ahead of the individual – driven by camaraderie, shared goals and collaboration.
  • Creating an especially close working relationship with the client Account Director in order to provide exceptional client service.
  1. Unafraid
  • Having complete awareness of the big picture, ensuring an alignment of project prioritisation, approach and decisions with the broader account strategy.
  • Collaborating with client account teams to ensure projects and initiatives are aligned with digital and business strategies.
  • Being unafraid and candid, and encouraging others to always speak out, to be the best we can be.
  • Balancing Agency commercial opportunity with our vision for building long-term, mutually profitable relationships.
  • Understanding the Agency finance model including forecast and conversion rates.
  1. Energising
  • Being energetic about your work; championing work of the highest quality, having the skill and confidence to know when work is “good enough”.
  • Being a creative problem-solver, able to see and realise solutions to difficult and complex situations.
  • Exhibiting a hands-on ‘just do it’ approach – and striving to find a way to get things done.
  • Being curious – interested in learning and understanding the way things really work.
  • Earning the trust of colleagues and manager, and therefore being valued by all at the Agency.

If those are all strengths you value and exhibit every day, we’d love to hear from you. Please get in touch with Becky.
