Armit Wines, an online seller of premium wines to buyers and collectors, wanted to improve the performance of their e-commerce website by optimising the sales process and maximising order values.
We optimised the home page, special offers page, search facility and results page to create a relaxed, seamless shopping experience and reflect the pleasure in choosing premium wines.
We introduced site enhancements to generate more revenue from each visitor, encouraging them to view more products, add more items to their shopping basket and make repeat visits. We also maximised cross-sell opportunities to increase basket value.
Following the success of our phase 1 optimisation, we are now undertaking user testing to prioritise further improvements and planning online marketing activity to drive traffic to the newly optimised site.
