It seems a long time since we kicked off the whole process with a series of workshops and brainstorming sessions to define the proposition and positioning for the new site. Since then, we’ve been in a huge collaborative cycle of design and development, testing and refinement to make their hugely complex organisation and offer simple, elegant and hugely appealing to all kinds of visitors.
