The W3C have announced they will work with Adobe, Apple, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, Stanford University and others to create an official ‘Do Not Track’ standard. Adobe has announced it’s calling time on the mobile version of the flash player, and has pulled support for development for TVs.
This means the desktop is the only area where the flash player will continue with any clear support for the near future. Stefan shares his view.
